What do I do if my production is not insured?
Option 1: You may purchase third party production insurance; we have partnered with Athos Insurance; the most trusted entertainment insurance provider on the market.

- For insuring rented equipment and/or your own equipment, with the option to add liability for the purpose of renting equipment only, CLICK HERE.

Can I request gear not in the inventory?
Absolutely! If you need gear that is not on the website, we will do our best to get it for you by your shoot date. We may not be able to get it in time based on the cost of the item, the shipping time, or how far out from your shoot the item it is requested, but we will do our best to assist you.
When can I pick up or drop off? Am I charged for those days?
Pick up: Anytime between 1-3PM on the day before you first shoot day.
Drop off: Anytime between 8-11AM on the day after your final shoot day.

No, you will not be charged for pickup and dropoff days.
Are you open on weekends/holidays?
No, we are not. But if you need to pick up or drop off during the weekend, arrangements can be made as long as there are staff available to be there. Weekend or holiday pickups/drop offs are subject to a $25 fee.
Do you rent vehicles?
Not yet.
Do you deliver equipment?
Not yet, but if the day's work load allows and the production is close to the shop, we may be able to work that out.
Do you offer discounts for student productions?
Yes! 20% off for students.
